Mini app for drivers in Telegram and MAX
2025 — 2026
Product designer in a cross-functional team
A mini app that bundles key driver services—fuel, wash, and add-ons—with fast access to everyday tasks without jumping between apps

Goal
Bring core driver services into one interface for routine tasks
Stable access via Telegram and MAX mini apps so platform limits do not block the journey
Problem
Driver services are fragmented—fuel, wash, and roadside help usually live in different systems with extra steps
Relying on one access channel can block quick service when a platform imposes external limits
Result
Shipped a working mini app with combined driver journeys and partner-location integrations
Iterative growth: more gas station and wash integrations, new services, and continuous UX improvements
Task
Build a resilient, understandable driver journey in one mini app—from daily tasks (fuel, wash) to situational services (tow, accident help)—within platform constraints and a growing partner network
What I did
Designed a unified flow skeleton so different tasks stay in one interface without losing context
Detailed integration logic with partner gas stations and washes for real-world availability
Set an extensible structure for more services and steady iterative improvements
Outcome
A single entry to core driver services inside familiar messengers
Live product with flows backed by partner gas stations and washes
Flexible platform: the team regularly adds services and improves flows
